We currently don’t have an app. However, our site is very mobile browser-friendly! The camera feature on our site also makes recording your video mini consults a simple, seamless process.
Yes! You can change your rate at any time in your profile settings. We recommend starting with a lower rate at first and then increasing your price depending on the volume of questions you receive. See question below for how to set your rate!
You do! On Hey Hero, you can set your own price, change it whenever you want, and even update it on a question-by-question basis. There is a $5 minimum price per question and the price you set is what you earn.
We have popular user-generated questions readily available to you as a starting point. However, you know your business and community better than anyone! You’re the expert! We recommend sharing the top 3 questions you receive on a regular basis. Sample questions should be detailed, clear and concise. But remember, users can still ask other questions!
Our incredible marketing team brings new users to our site in all sorts of creative ways––social media, paid ads, newsletters, targeted email marketing campaigns, discount promotions, and more! Our site is a marketplace comprising hundreds of diverse creators. Users can search by category or simply by entering your name! But we also recommend sharing out your personalized URL (your profile) with your community! Link it on your Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, Facebook, you name it! Add it to your Linktree and share, share, share! Your community should know that you are on Hey Hero! Refer to our Tips for Success and see how top-earning Creators boost their earnings skyhigh!
You keep 80% of all your earnings on Hey Hero! You get paid out every Monday. To cover processing fees, server space and marketing, Hey Hero takes a 20% cut.
We have hundreds of Creators and counting on the Hey Hero site. Some earn as much as $2,000+ per week. What you put into it will have a direct impact on your results. Reminding your community that you are on Hey Hero will help you stand out and cash in.
Hey Hero was dreamed up in late 2019. We had a soft launch in July 2020, and officially took off in September 2020. We are growing rapidly thanks to the support of our incredible, talented community of diverse creators.

We recommend starting out anywhere from $15-25 depending on multiple factors! Your Hey Hero Community Ambassador will be happy to work with you one-on-one to help you set your ideal rate. We always recommend starting out a bit more flexible and seeing how things go.

You can respond via video and text and there’s no right or wrong way to reply! Just make it you. But FYI, there’s a four minute maximum for video response, so don't get TOO carried away.
Currently there isn’t a limit, however we have the option of being Available for Questions or Unavailable (Away) not to receive questions!
Yup! You can accept or decline any request you receive. If you don't decline the request, it will automatically decline after 7 days and refund the user.
You’ll receive an email and/or SMS notification when a question arrives in your inbox. Then you’ll need to login to your Hey Hero profile and respond to the question. You have 7 days to respond to the question via video message.
Getting started is simple. All you have to do is create a profile, set your price per question, and start answering requests (and getting paid) on your time.

Creators will respond to your questions within seven calendar days. If your question isn't answered within seven days, your request will automatically decline and the hold on your debit or credit card will be released.
You can cancel requests anytime before the creator accepts. Simply log into your Hey Hero profile, visit the inbox, find the request in your order history, and click “Cancel Request.” Hey Hero Profile > Inbox> Active > Order History > Cancel Request. You will be unable to cancel the request if the creator has already accepted your request.

What happens if I am unhappy with my completed response?
We want to make sure you have the best possible experience when you're part of the Hey Hero community. If there’s an issue with your interaction, response, or overall experience on the platform, please let us know by sending us a message at support@heyhero.com. We'll do our best to make it right.
Yes! All you need to do is create a Hey Hero account to add creators to your wishlist.
The cost of a reply is set individually by each Creator in the Hey Hero Marketplace—meaning your price will vary depending on who you select. The price is shown at the time of booking, but if your question requires special attention, the influencer may send you an updated price. If you do not reply to the updated price within 7 days, the request will be automatically cancelled and the hold on your debit/credit card will be released within seven days.
You'll receive your response through an email notification and any videos, voice recordings, or other information will be included as an attachment. You can also view your response on your profile at heyhero.com.
A hold will be placed on your debit/credit card once you make a request. Your debit/credit card will only be charged when your question is answered and a response is delivered. If your request is not fulfilled, the hold will be removed from your credit/debit card within eight days (time to process can vary by financial institution).

Navigate to your favorite Creator’s profile page, enter your question, and select “Ask Now”. If you haven't created a profile, you will be prompted to sign up or log out as a guest.
In response to your question, the Creator will share a video reply and may also include a written response and/or an attachment as appropriate.
